Registration

The cost of registration provides access to all events during the two-day conference including breakfasts, lunches, and the Friday Evening Networking Reception.


At the time of registration, take advantage of an exclusive opportunity to purchase a discounted ticket ($18*) to the Friday evening NBA matchup between the Washington Wizards and Detroit Pistons. The game starts at 7pm following the Friday Evening Networking Reception (5:00-6:30pm).

* This ticket must be purchased at the time of registration. Guarantees upper-level ticket. Available for pick-up at conference check-in. Groups will receive seating together. Section and ticket number cannot be confirmed in advance.

Included with a check should be a letter listing all registration information requested on the official registration page (with the exception of credit card details).

All refund requests should be submitted in writing and must be received by Thursday, January 7, 2016. See further details on how to submit refund requests at the bottom of this page.

Individual Rate: Early Registration $219 (before/on January 4, 2015)
Individual Rate: $249 (on/after January 5, 2015)
Groups of 10+: $179/$209 (before deadline/after deadline)
Groups of 20+: $149/$179 (before deadline/after deadline)

At the time of registration, a ticket to the Friday evening NBA matchup between the Washington Wizards and Detroit Pistons may also be purchased at a discounted rate of $18 (upper level seat). The game starts at 7pm, following the Friday Evening Networking Reception (5:00-6:30pm).

All attendees are asked to check-in at the registration table upon arrival at the Media and Public Affairs Building (805 21st Street NW, between I Street and H Street NW) on The George Washington University campus. An attendee badge will allow you access to all conference activities and events. You will receive all conference materials upon checking in.

* All attendees must check in only once, and those who check-in on Friday do not need to check-in on Saturday. Check-in on Saturday is only for those who miss the first day of the conference.
